Nice hotel, clean, and good food. Good road access and not too far from the city center.

spacious and clean room, maybe because it's new so it's very clean. comfortable to stay here. the environment is also friendly for small children. it's just that there are only 20 TV channels, and most of them are Chinese TV channels, while there are too few local programs. The room service menu is also limited, but the taste of the food is quite good. The buffet breakfast is also quite complete. Overall, it's very comfortable to stay at NDC Resort and Spa Manado. Our family was quite happy when we returned from there.

Poor service needs to be improved..just asking for a plate requires a deposit..ouch

The hotel staff at check out were quite friendly. But the room facilities were a bit disappointing. There was hair from the previous guest on the bathroom floor, the toilet flush didn't work, the exhaust didn't turn on. The room smelled bad, the lights on the balcony were off. During breakfast, we weren't given a voucher at the beginning, but the room I booked included breakfast. Finally we could eat after a little drama. The drink refills took a long time because the restaurant staff weren't quick, I had to call several different people. Previously I often stayed here and it was quite good, but this time I was disappointed and very uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice 👍, just the check in and check out process is a bit long.🙏.

The best staycation experience, our room was upgraded for free from deluxe to a 2-storey type room with a spacious living room and pantry on the ground floor, the bedroom is on the 2nd floor with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, the room is very clean, our room also has an automatic washing machine but because we only stayed for 1 day, it was not used, the food is also delicious and the view from the restaurant is very beautiful, next time I will definitely stay here again 😍

The room was a cockroach, the room ordered did not match the application and the picture in the picture seen was another room that was obtained. The service was less than satisfactory. Consumers are blamed for ordering incorrectly

The room leaked, the reason was not clear. The shower in the bathroom is very small, the test period is until you take a shower.
