I am very satisfied with my stay. From the moment I entered, everything was clean and well maintained. The doorman and receptionists were informative and helpful. The room was clean and fragrant, and the bathroom was also very clean. The location is convenient, close to many places and near the harbor.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff is friendly, the only drawback is the Wi-Fi and the breakfast is only noodles.

Will stay here again for sure, whenever traveling to Selat Panjang, the staff were friendly, especially the one at the reception.

I’m still torn between the feeling that the front desk staff lack experience and the impression that, above all, I’m seen as just a wallet. It’s a pity, although I imagine it’s more a lack of training that creates this impression. In the end, though, it’s nothing too serious, as their kindness makes up for it.

The bathroom was clean, there was hot water, the AC was cold, the room was clean and fragrant, and breakfast was included. The downsides were that there were no toothbrushes, and there was a TV, but it wouldn't turn on (not a problem for us). If I go to Selat Panjang, I'd stay here again... keep the current one.
