The location is quite close to the city of Prob and to Mount Bromo.. It's quite important to pay attention to room number 326 or what, I forgot, the double bed in the corner is okay, the room is just too noisy, I don't know if the back of the room is where the housekeeping keeps things or what, there are too many connecting doors.. so the sound is not soundproof, the sheets are dirty with stains, right? jijayyy.. given shampoo not a hotel brand but like a wedding souvenir hahaha.., for breakfast it's not complete, there's no white bread, omelet or sunny side up eggs, the chicken porridge has less condiments, there's no soy sauce, ask for sweet soy sauce, the position has to be end to end, there's an interesting drink, ginger Latte.., the tea tastes strange.., the yellow fried rice is unique and delicious.., the cereal is delicious.. the fruit is fresh and sweet, the sinom is also delicious

Old hotel but clean, very friendly staff

service is bad, we wait for so long order some food and the forget to made it...iy u need additional blanket u have to pay and we can't add some towel

If there is a review of this and that hmmmm, for us who stayed here for 2 nights, our experience was woww. Nice place, big, clean, nice swimming pool, clean, kids love it. Anyway, this place is great, thank you very much.

The hotel is nice, but it's poorly maintained, there are lots of leaks in the rooms, and the swimming pool is cold.

The cleanliness of the room is very disappointing. The curtain was really not feasible, which I had to request to move to another room. Moreover, the bedsheet had dirt here and there, which makes us very uncomfortable. Here to note, don't put your expectation to the room that has the same vibe as the picture, because it really isn't. I hope the management can improve and put attention to every detail to hospitalize guests even better. However, the service of the staffs is excellent!

It's an old hotel. The bedroom and the bathroom are very humid and had a smell. The pool is dirty.

Bad food, and long refill, waiting 1 hour no food. Complaints are still being processed. Hard cake. Not recommended. Dusty bed. Mossy swimming pool.

friendly and helpful staff, very pleasant hotel atmosphere, beautiful full garden, large and comfortable rooms, spacious parking. cleanliness needs to be improved, the decorative area above the bed is wiped regularly, provide a mat in the bathroom and make sure the sink is smooth and not clogged. thank you overall happy to stay here..

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the location is strategic. However, the room type is not well maintained. The restaurant service is also quite slow, ordered 3 types of food but it was only served for more than 1 hour. Pls improve the hotel restaurant service & improve the room type. Thank you

There is no air conditioning in the room, even though it is cold it is still damp.

The service is good, but the room is honestly not clean, maybe because it's an old hotel. The swimming pool is also dirty. There's no AC either.

In the past, in 1990, it could have been 4 stars, but in 2025 it has decreased. The maintenance of each room is not taken care of. The door is now opened and closed using a card, it is still with a key. Opening the room is also violent. The bathroom has a shower but there is also a big tub, a sign that the hotel is old. They said the room was cleaned every day, one day they forgot. The spiders above the bed were cleaned but not all of them were still there, I turned them off myself. Like sleeping in a horror hotel. Overall 4 stars for me, 3 stars is enough. Also considering the rooms that are generally not maintained, including the bathroom.

Maybe because it's an old hotel, so cleanliness is less monitored.
