Location wise great. Bed is nice, but the pillow is not nice. Room ambiance is nice. Second thing that is not nice is that I can hear the music from the club in the basement.

The hotel is unique, with vintage decor, and I really like the spiral staircase. The rooms are also nice, clean, tidy, and come with bathrobes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hot Americano is great, and the kaledo is top-notch, similar to the one in Palu.

Nice room decor...but valet parking is required for 50,000 IDR due to limited parking spaces. A 300,000 IDR deposit is required or your ID card will be confiscated.

The breakfast variety was very limited. Other 3-star hotels might offer more variety. Also, late check-out at 1:00 PM was charged even though the room wasn't a budget room. A week earlier, I'd stayed at the Mulia Hotel, where even a hotel of Mulia's caliber offers free late check-out. The service was good, and the room was excellent, but maybe it was because I booked an executive class? The water was dirty, with the bathtub water yellow. And the AC wasn't cold enough.

The staff were friendly and quite informative, making check-in smooth and easy. Do note that a deposit of around 300K is required upon arrival. One thing to be aware of is the noise from the bar, which can be noticeable, especially in the evening, so light sleepers may want to plan accordingly. Overall, the hotel is better suited for adults, as it’s not particularly kid-friendly due to the lively atmosphere.
