wifi doesn't work on the 3rd floor, there's no hot water in the bathroom, the room isn't comfortable

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the employees are friendly too, the location is strategic, everything works well, only sandals and tissue are not available, but fortunately there is toilet tissue.
