The room was full of mosquitoes and spiders on the ceiling, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the bathroom was dirty. The linen and seats were okay.

Nice, friendly staff. And a little suggestion: the AC isn't cold enough. If possible, have it serviced to make sleeping more comfortable. Every time I book, I always have a problem with the AC not being cold enough.

The family rooms are the best, spacious and clean. The deluxe rooms are a bit cramped. The night receptionists are very friendly. However, the morning and afternoon receptionists are a bit rude.
