The staff was unfriendly. Check-in took a long time, almost 3:00. Previously, every morning, I would always be able to check in, at the latest 11:00. This time, 3:00, was unreasonable. The bathroom was also dirty and smelly. I suggest improving it, as one of the bathrooms is not comfortable.
