Security and the male receptionist was nice. The woman, not so much.

If you want to make a Chinese visa, this place is very near, just walking distance, and for food, you can find many, from low until high price.

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, close to Ambassador Mall, close to Lotte Mall too, there are lots of food stalls around.

The lobby and rooms are all clean. The receptionist and security guards are friendly. The location is strategic, despite the narrow road.

Strategic location right behind ITC Kuningan and Ambassador Mall, complete in-room facilities and worth it for the price offered.

The room is spacious, the equipment is quite complete, but the cleanliness is lacking, that's all.

The AC is all working fine, the towels don't smell, the prices are often discounted, you can use your ID card for deposits, the receptionists aren't rude, the refrigerator is cold.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to the mall and ITC, although the hotel is on a small road but access to the city is very easy. There are many stalls/eateries around the hotel and they are cheap.

the place is nice and clean, easy access but a bit in an alley, there are many food sellers in front of the hotel. the staff is also friendly. next time I will try to come here again

The location is strategic, nice, the rooms are clean.

The bathroom smells a bit, the shower water is not stable in terms of strength, the location of the room is close to the water machine so it is disturbing, the sheets, pillow cases and towels could be replaced with new ones, the room needs renovation.. there are no hangers in the closet, there are no tissues and sandals in the room. Needs to be improved again.. for the twin bed type room needs to be added.
