I check in the night at 21:00. Before I got there, I called the receptionist to ask what time the restaurant closed and was answered closed at 22:00 last order 21.30 because we thought if there was a restaurant in the vimala hills complex, it would be better to eat there so that after eating we could immediately rest close to the villa because we were all already very tired. It turned out that after we checked in and arrived at the restaurant at 21:15, the restaurant said that the restaurant had closed from 21.00 and the last order was at 20:30. We have protested to the restaurant on the basis of asking the receptionist that the restaurant last order at 21:30. But our protest was ignored, finally we had to find food elsewhere. Receptionis and restaurant coordination is very bad. 2. The villa consists of 3 rooms all of which have ac. When we turned on the ac in all the rooms and the ac in the middle of the room, my aunt who had finished shampooing wanted to dry her hair using a hair dryer, but when the hair dryer turned on all the electricity went out, I turned on the fuse, turned on the hairdryer, died again, and so on. We called the villa technician to help with our problem, the villa technician came 2 people and could not provide solutions for our electricity. In fact, the 2 technicians corrected that the villa's electricity was indeed not strong and often died from before. Many customers and customers have protested. But the villa who saw it did not care and did not take any steps / actions to prevent / fix this electricity problem. So that this continues to occur repeatedly and disrupt consumer convenience. 3. Inside the villa there is a cooker facility for cooking, but we are not provided with dishes and utensils at all. When we protested at checkout, the receptionist answered with the words "sorry my friend forgot". For villas with a price of Rp 4,000,000 / night in my opinion the answer is not very professional. This is not a cheap class villa. I want to stay here because I know there is a price and there are facilities and the results are very contradictory. Although we are given a discount for the next visit, but we will not come here again. What should be given is a discount / cost compensation / refund (though not full). I will not stay here again and strongly recommend it to my friends and family.
