Very ordinary for that price. Not bad and not good either. Still not the best hotel in Ketapang in terms of hospitality.

I booked their most expensive room and when I checked in, I have to wait for an hour because apparently my booking only went through their email but not their system. When I finally got my room, I was surprised as it was a different room from what I paid for. I paid for their 63 m2 suite yet what I got is their 55 m2 Dakota suite. They told me there were some adjustments and the Dakota suite is in fact their biggest room. Oh and I ordered food from their room service without a menu anywhere in my room. Overall, I feel like I don’t get what I paid for and definitely wouldn’t recommend nor return to this establishment ever again

Lack of service in the bathroom because you can't shower with hot water, there is no shade for the parking area for motor vehicles, not for cars that are parked in a proper place, and the receptionist service is not very friendly.

1. When I checked there were no towels, the room telephone was dead, I went out to see the officer asking for towels, he said no towels were ready, later they were delivered to the room, until 17.15 the towels were not delivered. Because the room telephone was dead, I finally left the room again and asked the receptionist for a towel. 2. The bath water smells a bit. 3. Closed in the dirty lobby, and the water doesn't come out, the tissue runs out.

Lumayan nyaman karena jarang hotel yang menyediakan bantal guling. Tapi kebetulan di kamar kami ada masalah dengan AC. Overall oke sih, lokasi strategis banyak kuliner sekitaran hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints, the hotel is very nice and comfortable for resting, the receptionist is friendly and the staff at the cleaning service and restaurant also always provide the best for hotel visitors who stay, thank you for the best service 🙏🏻.

REGRET …. Why...? With rooms costing 500,000-600,000 it turns out the room facilities are; Towels-Bed Sheets-Pillows & pillowcases are not suitable.- Towels: the color is no longer suitable for guest towels (turned blackish brown), lots of stains.- Bedsheets: lots of stains and color changed from white to brown.-pillows and pillowcases: the same...severe...- toilet tissue: stingy... That's enough... I don't want to stay there again if I don't end up being cramped for another hotel's full room.
