The waiting time for check in is miserable. I have told that my condition is unwell (Fever), I hope I can get a room to rest. But still I need to wait until 15.00 PM, While I have arrived from 13.00 PM. They don't concern on my well condition, so I won't have the second time there.

A bit disappointed because when I wanted to check in I still had to wait almost 1 hour, otherwise there was no problem.

The room cleaning service is neglectful. They forgot all bathroom amenities including the towel, the tissue roll the soap etc. The soap bar is so tiny so when one forgot to give a new one, imagine how small the bar left. One mug wasn't washed at all. I remember just before leaving I specifically asked the cleaning guys to take care of the room. Then they forgot. The safe box wasn't bolted on the wall making it easy to be removed by any one intruder. I called the engineering guy who later explained that the safe box was meant to be placed loosely. Strange what ' s the point of sdb. Waited for over 1 hour from designated check in time 1400.

The food is six, the service is good.

Friendly staff, ok service, comfortable room even though it's a bit small, delicious food, children really enjoy swimming in the pool. Very recommended hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel is strategically located in the center of Senggigi, close to food places, the rooms and the hotel environment are comfortable, in the garden there is a large open area and a gazebo for the little ones to walk around. The breakfast is not a buffet but you can choose western food, Indonesian food and healthy. The menu that comes out has many variations and is delicious. The swimming pool is a bit small but comfortable for children. The parking area is large

Pelayanan sangat baik, kerapian kamar juga bagus dapat dipertahankan.

Sangat nyaman. Akan lebih baik apabila di musim ramai tamu seperti akhir tahun tidak ada perbaikan lift, karena harus menunggu cukup lama.

Not enough toiletries. On the 2nd day, no bath soap was provided, the room was not clean. The breakfast menu is also less variable, and there are flies flying around in the food.
