I had to get change of two 500 for 1000 thb from the reception but there was a short haired unknown gender woman like very rude human being said 'No' so I had to walk outside of the hotel and got that changed from a kind woman next to the hotel building... Two different kind of experience. I have so many positive experiences with Thailand so this can be ignored but this gender confusing creatures are really not good to do hospitality services if they are hating people so much 🤮

Near the city, there is a restaurant in front of the hotel.

Located in the city center, very convenient. There is a very delicious rice soup shop in front of the hotel.

The staff are good, polite, and cute in every job position.

The room is much older than in the picture, not clean, smells of cigarettes, but the water is strong, the air conditioner is cold but noisy.

Location wise acceptable. It's near the bus station (walking distance), Tesco and other tourist sights. What is not ideal is no food available at the hotel and no convenience store nearby. Food is available just beside the hotel.
