I booked a room to go out for Christmas. My room has a view overlooking Hoa Binh lake very chill, spacious room is quite complete. Especially that night, the resort also organizes a Christmas buffet with a diverse menu. 2 staffs Huong and Nhu are very dedicated and friendly. If I have a chance I will come back

I booked a room for 4 adults. But when checking in, the resort informed that the room is only for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. After the exchange, you can enter the room. However, the room has only 2 single beds. Other items in the room are also only 2 (towels, face towels, blankets, pillows, brushes, ...). Very unsatisfied with the service other than the booking advertised.

Không gian đẹp, phòng ốc sạch sẽ , yên tĩnh mọi thứ đều ổn, view đắc địa trừ vấn đề đồ ăn .Không gian Restaurent nóng , thái độ của quản lý có sự phân biệt khách , giá thành so với những gì phục vụ là cao. Tụt mood về khoản đồ ăn!

Đường đi dễ, nên đi theo đường 450 vì sẽ thấy được hồ Ba khan ở trên cao rất đẹp, tuy nhiên đường này khá nhiều dốc. Resort view đẹp nhưng đồ ăn không được ngon và giá hơi cao so với chất lượng

Cảnh rất đẹp và chill, mình còn được resort ưu tiên up hạng phòng free nữa, rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại lần sau. Nhân viên phục vụ đều rất tuyệt vời'

Điểm cộng là vị trí resort có view đẹp , hồ bơi view đẹp. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ thoáng mát. Còn lại các dịch vụ đều bình thường , từ lễ tân hay cách phục vụ không thực sự nhiệt tình take care khách, không thân thiện lắm, có hỗ trợ hành lý , resort có cổng phụ nhưng lại mở ra để dân ở đây vào bơi tại hồ tự do , cách âm kém , nhà mình đi nghỉ mà các phòng khác cũng ầm ầm lên nên mình thực sự cảm thấy không thoải mái , đồ ăn bình thường. Resort nên cải thiện về chất lượng dịch vụ xứng đáng với tầm view đắc địa này, cảnh quan sesort cũng đẹp và dễ chịu. Đồ ăn quá đắt.

Traveling during the covid season and on a weekday, the resort was very empty, only about 3-4 families but the experience was wonderful, the hotel did not neglect service because of few guests, all services were very complete. The staff, security guards, and managers were all very friendly and lovely. The rooms were super clean, fragrant, and fully equipped. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.

The room has no soundproofing, TV, small bathroom (I choose a room of 31m2), but it also creates an opportunity for us to go out to explore.
