I just arrived at the villa at half past 10 at night because there was a miss on the road, I waited until almost half past 12 the guard/receptionist never came on the phone and couldn't continue. You can't even get a refund. Finally my husband and I moved to stay at another hotel. Really disappointed.

The stay experience was very memorable where Ms. Gung as the owner was very kind and humorous and friendly, but only 8 hours had to be forced to move because of the noisy neighbors staying next door.

The location of the hotel is quite easy to find using maps, when entering the room we are disappointed with the facilities, thick dusty floors, It should be before the guest enters the mop first, the mattress can be hard spring bed which if the sound is little, the smell of dust, blankets the geez like the smell of dust in the closet for months is not used, it really disturbs the smell, breakfast, after being billed many times at 12 noon, it was just delivered, the second day after it was said that we could not have breakfast and we finally complained at 3 pm disappointed

Akuran is not in accordance with the photos, the rooms are not maintained, access is difficult, Dirty like not occupied and the swimming pool is not for humans but for quadrupeds that bark. I want a refund but the hostel owner is very difficult to contact, finally I choose another hotel around Ubud and don't stay here.
