The bathroom is very dirty, worse than the public toilet in the terminal, smells very bad, the walls are dirty, the pillowcases and used sheets also smell bad.

The receptionist took advantage of the situation, where we asked for the check-in time to be moved forward, but it was not accepted even though we intended to stay less than 8 hours. And we were asked to pay 250 thousand (the same as our initial booking payment) on the pretext that the price had been deducted from our booking. Which is where the price per night is 450 thousand. Even though after cross check there is not a single room whose price per night touches 400 thousand. We spent 500 thousand just to spend the night in a room that was not well maintained, the room was not clean, the sofa was peeling off, the bartender's chair came off. And facilities such as a kitchen set that is not feasible, dirty and dusty, the bathroom is not facilitated with towels, soap and shampoo. For the price of 500 thousand it's not worth it. Better budget hotels with decent facilities priced under 250k. For the price of 500k the standard should be better and maintained. We felt taken advantage of by the receptionist. Disappointed badly, not recommended at all.

Not as expected, the apartment feels like a student boarding house.

Very dirty unit, dirty mattress, dirty pillows, dirty floor, not worth the rent paid, slum environment, disappointing.

This is like catfishing. The one you see in the pictures are currently rented by someone for months (at least that's what the guy who gave us the keys said), so they give you another room which has dirty floors, walls, carpet, and kitchen. Even the bathroom still had leftover haircuts on it, and the bathroom lock is not working at all. And a touch of scribbles like “beraq disiram” on the doors. The beds was not like the one promised (2 queen beds), but 1 queen bed and one small size bed. The lighting are different in every room. The sofa can be used as bed but the leathers are ripped so it's a little uncomfortable to slept on. No chairs like the one on the photos (we asked for it and they don't have any substitute) and one broken table. The fridge was not on when we first enter, but fortunately it works. Unless the owner is going to fix and clean the rooms in the future, we don’t recommend this place at all.

Improve the cleanliness, replace the sheets, dingding the room with the dressing table with lots of streaks of lipstick, the drawers under the bed are full of traces of cigarettes.

In the application listed 1 room for 4 people it turns out that the bed is only 1 double and 1 single bed, the air conditioner is only 1 and it is not cold, the shower water is very small, where the bathroom has no lock, the cleanliness is poorly maintained.

Places with prices are far from worthy. At that time the price in the system was 1.5 million. The place is not clean, and the spine has not been replaced, smells, dirty, and the mattress per it seems to have started to break.

Like an apartment, but beyond expectations, the bed is small, maybe one queen size one single, not all singles. But the complete cook complete.
