Overall ok. Close to Kuta area, but the hotel area has many caterpillars & they entered the room several times.

The staff is friendly. The hotel's surroundings are quiet and comfortable. The location is in the middle of the tourist area and a strategic area for tourism

The place is nice. Clean and quiet. Only the location is a bit difficult to get into by car. But it is close to tourist attractions and shops.

The service is not good, there is no porter to help lift the luggage, the parking area is messy, the room floor is cracked.

Good comfortable. TP next time before checking in with someone. Tnxa is still in the room first.

The cleanliness is quite good, the staff is familiar, the location is not far from the beach.

The place is suitable, close to Beach Walk Mall and the location is not far from Kuta Beach.

Unfortunately on the 3rd floor, there are already elderly people - so it's a hassle.

Jalanan sempit, ga ada parkiran, cari jalan masuk habiskan berjam jam, akhirnya parkir di mall harus tambah biaya extra lagi, jalan kaki masuk setelah parkir jauh luar biasa, sungguh melelahkan inap di sini, staff baik ramah, ga ingin lagi inap di sini, pengalaman inap di Bali yang terburuk.

Tulisannya 3-star hotel, taunya homestay 😒 saya tanyakan ke resepsionis katanya ini homestay, tapi kenapa di aplikasi dituliskan 3-star hotel? Saya bawa mobil ga bisa masuk sama sekali karena ini masuk ke gang kecil sekali yang cuma bisa dilewati motor dan pejalan kaki. Tidak ada keterangan sama sekali kalau mobil tidak bisa masuk? Sudah gitu cancel, ga bisa refund 🫤 sangat menjebak ya.

Close to the beach and Beachwalk, only a 300 mtr walk, also close to the Bali bombing monument on Jalan Legian, spacious rooms and stable hot water, if you go to Bali, definitely stay at the Bali Dwipa hotel.

Because the booking is per night so every night can give a review. I really like staying here, selling food, mini markets, snacks are also close to this hotel. Laundry kilos are also close. The friendliness of the staff is unquestionable. Really luv, just City Garden Bali Dwipa Hotel.

Extend every day to 5 nights here, it's so comfortable to feel at home hehehe. The staff is also very friendly, Mbak Grace and Ms Sovia :) I didn't intentionally stay here because everywhere was full, but instead I felt at home. I booked 2 rooms, one for the children, they were happy in this hotel even though there was no swimming pool. Sitting on the terrace feels like home. I love City Garden Bali Dwipa ❤.

The place is clean, spacious enough, big tv and various cable tv channels, very worth it for the price which is still very affordable. Very close to the beach and beachwalk mall, a 10-minute walk away. Close to eating places that are open until the evening.

Incredible, very recommended for those who want to be near Kuta, and cheap and comfortable, in terms of the mattress is okay, the hot water is okay, the AC is okay, the cable TV is okay, the beverage heater is okay, unfortunately the bathroom smells sometimes, the smell of water 😇 🙏🏻 overall recommend it.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room is spacious and the shower in the bathroom is also strong. Despite being in a crowded place and center the tourists usually stay, but the atmosphere is still comfortable and quiet. The staff are very friendly. For food is also pretty good. Stay comfortably here. Really smart.
