The outdoor setting is nice and Staff in this hotel is friendly and helpful. But the room is too small and no place to hang your towel and washed clothing, no air-conditioning, the bathroom has worms. No kettles in the room.

Nice hotel in a lovely setting. The rooms and the pool area overlook rice paddies with Mount Agung behind. The rooms are really comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

No AC, no TV, small room, really hot in the night. Standard food almost tasteless. The wifi is terrible but the view is good.

The staff are friendly, the place is uncomfortable, quiet. But suitable for those who do not like crowds. For the facilities and the state of the room, it is not exactly what the photo Poorly equipped facilities, no TV. But overall the service is good and the breakfast is delicious.

I often have business affairs in Karangasem and always stay at Uma Shanty because the atmosphere is calm and the service is very friendly and kind.

The hotel is clean, quiet, with a natural feel.

As this is a homestay, better prepare and bring your personal amenities (toothpaste and toothbrush), no water heater in the room but you can ask a glass of hot water to staff, no air conditioner needed for this neighbourhood but in case you feel hot they have a standing fan in the room. The best part is: perfect stay to get a quite place with a beautiful view of the flower field (if you came on the right time). If the weather good, you can see a clear sky with stars at night.
