The hotel staff is very friendly but unfortunately the room given is one with stairs. Hopefully in the future they will be given one with an elevator like usual.

Have stayed here a few times, when the hotel was fairly new until the last time for family. Small place but nice inside.

During my stay at Sloft, I was always satisfied with its strategic location, clean rooms, good water. Overall, I was satisfied.
