The room was dirty, there was no bath mat, the room smelled stuffy, there were traces like a bird's nest on the cupboard. The water drains in the bathroom are not smooth

No towels, no soap. No drinks when we entered the room.

Booked a room for a family with four beds, it turned out that only three were provided.

There is no trash can provided, the room I booked was full.

There are no horns and no remote.

No towels and no TV remote and the AC is not cold.

Not bad for a night's rest, worth it and cheap.

AC tidak dingin, tidak sesuai dengan penawaran.

1. kamar tidak sesuai pesanan. Kami pesan 1 ranjang besar untuk 2 orang, menurut aplikasi ready, tapi sampai lokasi katanya habis. Akhirnya dikasih 1 kamar isi 3 ranjang seperti asrama/messorsionis. 1. kami diberi kamar paling atas, di lantai 4, minta di bawah katanya penuh, padahal masih ada yang kosong. 3. ternyata di kamar tersebut air mati, kami tidak bisa mandi. Akhirnya dipindah ke lantai 3. (hah kan ada kamar kosong)! 4. di lantai 3 itu AC tidak dingin, malam pertama kami istirahat tidak nyaman pengap. 1. pagi harinya kami komplain ruangan panas, tidak bisa tidur, baru kemudian dipindah ke kamar sebelahnya. Kamar banyak yang kosong.

Tired of going up, 4th floor, no elevator😭 big rooms but lacking facilities😓 no towels, no soap & toothpaste, dusty dirty blankets folded in the cupboard instead of being put on the bed, there are 4 lights, but only 1, the light button is difficult squeezed, the curtains jammed.
