Overall it's okay.. only the cleanliness of the bathroom smells of urine and the bed sheets and pillows in the room are all over the place.

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is very good, the staff are pleasant, highly recommended.

The price and facilities are balanced, it's close to the budget but the quality is 3 stars. The airport shuttle facility is very helpful, but the room doesn't have a carpet and the lights are dim in the room. The TV is old mode but it's balanced with the price of 300+ (no breakfast included).

The AC remote is dead and the AC is not cold enough. There is no elevator to access the basement from the parking lot to the lobby, which is troublesome for those carrying suitcases. Suggestion: Maybe the facilities can be improved. 👌

For a short trip of 2-3 days, it is very worth it, strategic location to explore Pekanbaru - Panam, close to access to souvenirs and the airport, motorbike rental, can travel around Pekanbaru comfortably

Previously I have been here twice but not to stay but for seminars and weddings. Those times I didn't feel like I had a good experience with the food. Well this time I tried a staycation with friends while bringing the kids. It turned out to be fun and the fast food wasn't bad.. enjoyable. So I want to invite my husband to staycation here too. It's worth it, the pool is quite big, the kids are happy there is a children's pool. As soon as the rain stopped we immediately went to the pool. But... the room size is small, there is no connecting room and the lift is subhanallah.. only filled with 5 people and they were already screaming. If you don't intend to stay long in the room and you have a lot of patience to deal with the strange lift, then try staying here
