1) Ks will give priority to cleaning the guest room in the morning to have a clean room to support early check-in without charge (2 ROOMS HAVE HAPPY TO GET THIS PRIORITY). For guest rooms will be arranged in the afternoon or moved soon after receiving a request from guests. While serving, if the employee has anything negligent, gave not enough water, please remind me at that time and generously ignore it.
2) Ks has attached services to increase the convenience for guests to use. Especially the laundry service to GUARANTEE SAFETY PREVENTION. Ks has clearly announced the price list and she has agreed to use the service. If you accept to use the service, please do not compare with other hotels because each place has its own instructions, rules, regulations.
