the mattress is really dirty, lots of hair falling out 😭, the mattress pad is really old, it looks like it's already hairy, it smells like it's been used, the room smells of cigarettes, when staying overnight the most important thing is the mattress but the mattress is really bad quality, it's gross, I only sleep on the edge of the mattress and I use my own mat, I don't use the pillow, oh my God, it's really uncomfortable even though I've chosen the best room haha

My parents were satisfied staying here, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms could not be locked. The location is quite strategic, in front there is an Indomaret and many food vendors. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is quite a lot of parking space even though the entrance is only wide enough for one car.

The experience of staying in room 102 was quite bad. Because in the room there is a cupboard that is about to collapse, I think it should be thrown away because it is afraid it will collapse because it is rotten. And in the cupboard there are 2 used towels that are just stored in the cupboard. Not to mention the dresser drawer is dirty with lots of cigarette butts. Please to the person who cleans the room to pay attention to cleanliness, check every corner or drawer again for items from the previous tenant so as not to disturb the next tenant. For the TV, only a few channels can be used.
