The room is very good, spacious, has everything, is convenient, and is nice, but there is no elevator. Fortunately, the staff helped carry the stuff. The staff is good, friendly, and always helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious, not fancy at all, very new. But the problem is that the refrigerator has a musty smell/food smell from previous guests.

Complicated way to hotel & low facilities

Particularly love the super king size bed, very comfy! (10-15mins). Looks warm like home. Big bed, very comfortable. But walking to Nimman may be a little far

The room is clean, spacious, nice, calm, but the service is not as good as it should be if compared to other hotels in rate. The same wants to have a seat to sit and wait in front. Difficult to walk up and down on the 2nd floor. But overall, it was impressive. To recommend friends to stay

The only thing I dislike is they have no iron at all when I wanted to borrow one, I was really surprised, with the quality like this, they supposed to have at least one in case the guests need. And no hair dryer too. But I appreciate their brand new design. Room is so so nice, clean, minimal. Hope they read and fix it soon, cause I really like their place.
