Honestly, I think this is a very budget-friendly hotel. The access is indeed through an alley, but the alley is very busy. Besides there is a marijuana shop in the alley (trust me, they are normal, if we also ignore and mind our own business), the location is perfect for me who go out early or come home late, I still feel safe and the city vibe is very busy because it is close to One Food Center. Honestly, 1 week there was no problem whatsoever. The staff are all friendly, there is a massage area downstairs. Being able to organize your shopping in the lobby makes it feel like home. Will definitely come back here... Thank you very much.

I had a pleasant experience staying at De Lavender Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was nice for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby places. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

At the heart of Pratunam. Everything went well, except it wasn't at the big road, so you have to walk a few meters to the roadside, where taxis or Grab almost can't wait, a little troublesome for a family of 4 and 3 large luggages. The bathroom is a bit small. Towels, water bottles, and a simple breakfast were provided well.

Small rooms, hot rooms above, narrow hallways, close to the market, but the hotel's location is not ideal (it smells). Access to the front of the hotel is uncomfortable, especially with suitcases, entering the hallway (like entering a narrow alley). But the staff is quite friendly and helpful with needs. When it comes to lifting things, we carry everything ourselves.

The room was very small compared to the price, but it was cleaned nicely, and the food taste for breakfast was so-so, needs to be improved.
