The bathroom needs to be scented, it's a bit smelly, but it's clean, just a bit smelly.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, CLEAN.

With a cost per night of over 500 thousand, what I got didn't feel right. The TV doesn't show any broadcasts. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom or cupboard. The cupboard door almost came off/fell when it was moved. The window cannot be closed tightly. And I got 2 rice breakfast wraps with the same menu.

Compared to other hotels in the vicinity, this one is quite overpriced. I got a very very simple room with an even simpler bathroom, which was not clean, and the breakfast was warm water with a little portion"Nasi Aceh Kas". Staff is friendly but prefers to play and talk instead of cleaning rooms/bathrooms and prepare breakfast.

Sangat buruk, kamar di lantai dua, tidak ada satu orang pun pegawai hotel mau angkat koper saya ke lantai 2 sedangkan lift hotel tidak ada. Kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di promosikan.

Good service, friendly staff, good breakfast. If the bathroom was cleaner and the wifi in the room was more stable, it would be perfect.

The main light was broken, so it only relied on 1 lamp that wasn't too bright, so it was dim, the rest was good, standard.

It's nice to be able to spend the night here in a budget hotel, but it's good, not like a fake hotel, the breakfast is also delicious.

I booked for 2 deluxe rooms the most expensive for 3 nights. But because my arrival was delayed by a day (I had informed the receptionist beforehand) it turned out that my room was given to someone else. Until it was time to check in the next day only 1 room was available. I was kind enough to give leeway because I happened to be looking for food, I said please make sure until 5 pm, the room is available. When I typed back, the room wasn't available either. When I confronted, suddenly the receptionist offered me a room that had just been vacant due to check out. The receptionist said it had been cleaned, but in fact the room provided had not been cleaned, the bathroom, toiletries and doormats were not available. Bad service, rooms are traded even though under reservation, rooms are cleaned arbitrarily, very bad and disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying here. There are still many other inns in Banda Aceh whose receptionists are polite, don't cheat and are equipped with better facilities (there is no lift here, less recommend for guests with heavy suitcases or carrying small children).

There is a coffee shop. Not bad the room. Price is friendly too.

No mineral water, glass and water heater. No TV remote. breakfast is not clear, at 8 breakfast is not yet available, employees have not arrived yet, only security is available. There is no food in the café. very unsatisfactory.

It is a hotel-cafe and it’s worth for money...the location is nearby many restaurants, so you can just choose whatever you want to eat. You need to climb stairs to reach at your room but dint worry because the staff will help you to carry your luggage.

Air circulation in the room is not good, bathroom smells.

Rooms are quite clean, check-in process is fast, breakfast is quite simple (1 portion of fried rice).

The location is quite strategic, about 20 minutes from the airport, the rooms are fragrant and clean.

no table for work in the room. and breakfast not fresh.. meaning they prepared it from morning and we eat it 2-4 hour after..

The location is superb, close to anywhere, they have their own cafe and it’s so comfy to hangout with friends, the room is enough for me, since I take a single bed only.
