old hotel, but the service is very satisfying, at first I got a room with AC that wasn't cold, finally the room was replaced with a cold AC. The service is very good, complaints are handled immediately. The location is very strategic, in the center of the crowd.

The hotel location is very strategic but the road to it is always congested. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel area. The room is very spacious but it seems rarely occupied so it smells and the facilities are outdated, also the AC is not able to cover the entire room area so it will not be cold. The hotel parking is very limited, approximately only enough for 2 cars & 2-4 motorbikes.

The hotel is nice, even though it is in a fairly busy area, it is quiet and peaceful. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities because I found the bed linen and bath towels were dirty and smelled like they hadn't been laundered.

Even though the hotel is old, it is quite comfortable to stay in and the staff are friendly and quick to help when asked for help🥰

Nice and big room, corona gave a huge impact on hotel businesses I can see some rooms need to be renovate or fix, the staff are nice and humble, when I was not happy they give quick service recovery.

Good location, close to the busy center of Ubud. On the front side there are music cafes filled with foreigners, lots of marts, food just across the street. The receptionist is friendly, security is also helpful. Spacious rooms. Spacious car parking. Recommended for those who want to stay overnight and feel the bustling atmosphere of Ubud.

A very quiet and very beautiful place. Suitable for relaxing or working.

Lokasinya strategis banget. Hotelnya type hotel tua banget tapi its okey lah yang penting bersih dan nyaman. Cuma minusnya tempat tidurnya lembek bangett meleyot ke dalem bikin sakit badan jadinya, semoga bisa segera diganti kasur-kasurnya 🙏🏻.

Sampai jam 2 malam, diinfo hotel sudah penuh, setelah nego, diinfo ada 1 kamar tapi kuncinya rusak dan AC juga tidak menyala. Pipa keran wastafel ada bocor sehingga rembes ke lemari bawah wastafel. Setelah nego lagi, akhirnya ditawarkan kamar lain yang lebih mahal tapi tidak non smoking. Sedangkan saya order non smoking. Tapi akhirnya saya oke, tapi tidak ada handuk, keset, diinfo akan dapat next day-nya (saya menginap 2 malam). Terima kasih Pak sudah diberikan kamar lain yang better. Saya sudah info kamar tidak perlu dibersihkan karena barang saya yang banyak dan saya sudah semprot sendiri menggunakan disinfectants spray, tapi begitu kami balik, ternyata ranjang dirapikan. Ooh, mungkin karena mau taruh handuk baru, ya sudahlah. Tapi privacy-nya jadi kurang ya.

Saya suka untuk kamar di lantai 1 tapi ketika kemarin di kasih lantai 2 sangat tidak menyenangkan, selain jalan jauh naik tangga lokasi kotor.

The service is very satisfying, the hotel is very friendly and communicative, the room is very comfortable, spacious, clean. This complete facility is a recommended hotel in Ubud at an affordable price. Panorama Hotel continues to succeed.

During arrived at the room, found no provide mineral water and drinking water heating. Toilet sitting also found in stain condition and for the breakfast unsatisfying while we to be order menu like restaurant. When we order the chicken porridge, its looks like Soto mie.

The hotel are not good for especially the room that we got, they said it's not part of our fault because we has closed the order via app but the system is still open. I am as a guest get the very bad room with no television, no water heater and unclean and also the bathroom shower are very less pressure of water. That was very bad experienced we stay.

when I checked in, bathroom door broken. Then we moved to another room but the smell in bathroom is really not good, closet was dirty, pillow and bed sheet also. There was people hair on the bed sheet

this hotel in good location but the rooms are not good condition (dirty), ac didn't running well, the shower room is dirty, the refrigerator is not cold.

A bit horror maybe because the room at the end.

the staff didn't get me the right order. I ordered for 3 people in each room, but he picked me the room for 2. Then when I asked for a change, he seemed angry. The air conditioner in one of the rooms didn't work properly. The breakfast wasn't so nice. The view offered wasn't as seen in web.
