We thank you for the review of Mas Hafiyan. We also apologize for the inconvenience during the stay regarding the problems of our staff, who were new and lacked understanding of TV, also with Wi-Fi, which in Nusa Penida sometimes had poor connections, especially if the weather was less favorable in effect throughout Nusa Penida generally, which certainly so far the inn's Wi-Fi is running normally, also our hot shower will be checked again considering that so far there is rarely a problem. We thank you again for your review for better service in the future. In the future we will try to improve our service quality better.
