The place is close to everywhere The room is spacious and clean, but unfortunately the AC is not cold enough

The hotel's design is vintage style, suitable for taking pictures. The lobby room is very fragrant and the location is very close to Sapa Station ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked for 2 days (1 night). A great hotel with a strategic location. I found 2 cute puddles too at the lobby, so adorable. Just improve the mineral water for each room. I didn't get the mineral water for day 2.

The hotel location is under the road, so we need to use the stairs down first to reach the hotel. The room is not spacious for some travelers who brought 2 luggages like me, but the staff are super friendly! Love it 👌🏻💜

Everything is great except there is no hot water, I came here in 2022 and came back this year and still felt very ok 😚

The staff there are very friendly, they have blanket heaters too, so sleeping is comfortable and warm, and the staff there have 2 very cute dogs.

Very good hotel, with good facilities + hospitalities and reasonable price! Only feedback is the hot water which sometimes is not hot. Overall very good!
