The hotel staff is friendly, the bellboy is very helpful in taking you to your room, the room is ok, there is a balcony with a mountain view

The location is very convenient to travel around ancient town, but cleanliness is not up to my expectation. there're some ants on bed & humid smell

The double room is small enough, the bathroom is small and clean, the bed sheets are not clean, the TV signal is unstable, has a slightly damp smell, and the soundproofing is poor. Convenient location, the road to Hoan Kiem Lake is straight but a bit far. Friendly staff, but they took money from the customer's relatives who paid in advance on the app again without explanation, promised to refund when checking out but had to wait until the next morning, and there was no apology for the mistake. Convenient location, not too clean, reasonable price, okay to stay, poor customer service, not too satisfying experience.

Great location. Not too crowded area in the old quarter but close to everything and everywhere. The room, bed, and bathroom are clean although it is not spacious.

It was my first time in Hanoi and when I was looking for a hotel I saw that this hotel was close to a mosque and a halal food restaurant, so I didn't think twice and was immediately interested in staying here. Alhamdulillah, according to expectations, apart from the friendly staff, the location of the hotel is also close to a mosque and a halal food place. Oh yes, the hotel is small but comfortable. God willing, if I come here again, I want to stay at this hotel.

The room is also very ok but the room is near the hallway where people walking and talking is a bit noisy and I can't sleep.

Please don't stay in this hotel. The staff is not honest, the thief, my stuff is really gone. The room is too small, there are animals on the roof that make noises running around. The janitor is not honest I'm really bad I slept for 6 days here I'm so sorry I hope there are no more victims.

+ Staff was very friendly and accomodating.+ They always clean every towel and give 2 bottle of waters everyday.+ Location near city center.+ There was a mid autumn festival in front of the hotel when I stayed there, but the crowded sound didn't reach the room.- Very small room and bathroom.

Hotelnya strategis dekat dengan don xuan, sarapannya untuk nasi goreng sangat enak, stafnya yang cowok ramah sekali selalu senyum dan menyapa, dan helpful. Kekurangannya air panas di kamar mandi keluarnya lama. Tidak ada kopi untuk complimentary nya hanya ada teh, colokan di kamar hanya ada 2.

Phòng hơi bé so với hình ảnh nhưng rất sạch sẽ. Các bạn lễ tân, nhân viên phục vụ cực tuyệt vời là điều lưu vào ký ức trải nghiệm lần này của mình. Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại ủng hộ các bạn. Chúc mừng bạn chủ khách sạn đã có đội ngũ nhân viên tuyệt vời!
