Staff are responsive from security to hotel staff

The pluses were, there were plenty of parking spaces and it was safe, the rooms were clean, there was a rooftop to see the view of Jakarta, the minuses were, I ordered food on the rooftop that was very different from the one in the menu book photo and the one served. Carbonara on the menu said smoked meat and mussels. What came was plain, white with nothing on it. Anglio in the menu book photo had shrimp that came with sliced chili toppings. If the ingredients are not available, you should confirm with the buyer first. I feel cheated by the menu book. It's not a blessing to serve food that doesn't match the menu book. Breakfast is also on the rooftop. The menu is ordinary. and standard. There are no sausages either. There is only 1 type of cake, only the color is different. The taste is also ordinary. There is no special menu

The stay experience was quite comfortable. However, it is a bit unfortunate that the breakfast menu is not very varied, and some of the menus are not tasty. Please improve it again. Overall, it is okay to stay here.

Unfortunately, now you can't see Monas from your room, because it's covered by a building that's under construction.

The room smells comfortable but in the hallway there are AC drips that almost made me slip 🙏🏻 This can be improved later

This is my favorite hotel in Jakarta. The location is great, the price also affordable. Breakfast at 10th floor with view of Jakarta, menu was OK but complete. The room even not soundproof but the facility also complete.
