The room is quite clean, the shower water is strong. The internet wifi network is not strong enough and the TV in the room is not active. I have asked the FO for help but it still doesn't work.

Overall, it's good. Hopefully, it can be further improved in all aspects in the future, even the small details must be kept in mind.

A decent place to stay in Ternate. The location is easy to find, as it's in the city center. There's an Alfamidi for shopping.

When I arrived in Ternate, the flight was rescheduled from 10 am to 6 am. I arrived in Ternate at 8 am because of the 1 hour time difference from Manado. I went straight to the hotel to drop off my bag, thinking I could only check in at 2 am like other normal hotels. But when I informed that I wanted to drop off my bag, the hotel staff informed me that we could immediately check in and rest even though it was early in the morning. Very friendly and kind. Plus because it was the fasting month, the sahur meal started at 3-4 am and all the side dishes were delicious, there were vegetables, chicken, tea, dessert. Everything was there. The only thing lacking was that the hotel was under renovation, so there were some parts that were not clean but overall it was recommended for that price, you can get a delicious breakfast/sahur and the service was excellent. very friendly.
