small room, washbasin outside toilet, weak wifi, drinking water in smelling glass bottles

I was in Zen last time! And very ok! This time I went with my friends, but everything disappointed me! We posted a request to clean the room! But when I returned, the 2 beds only cleaned 1 bed, the toilet did not clean .... the room cleaning service was so bad! Maybe I won't come back!

Rooms are neat but not quite smelled, fully equipped but unstable hot and cold taps. Clean the room but bed sheets do not change. The car rental service is affordable, but the quality of the cars is low, running on gasoline and old cars do not seem to be maintained in the long run.

The hotel was fine but the day I arrived, I had a power outage and the reception had a note that the phone number would call when it was at noon, but I could not see it. When I came back around 1:30 am, I still had no electricity, so I had to go to the waiting room until 4:00 am to get back. However, the hotel reception is not enthusiastic and does not mean to explain to customers for this inconvenience. clean room, 1 minus toilet is airless so it has a bad smell.

Small room, a little cramped. Space is open because there is a window. The room on the 8th floor has a nice sea view, each window is a bit small. Clean, relatively enthusiastic staff.

It’s a good environment for business traveller as it’s near to beach and walking distance. Nice view to look towards the sea
