Amazing stay experience. At first I was a bit scared because the homestay was a bit quiet with classic decoration. But actually comfort is the main priority. Extraordinarily clean from the entrance of the homestay to the room. Although the model is classic, there are also modern touches, especially in the bathroom. The bed is big and soft, there is a TV and a fairly large wardrobe. Don't worry because towels and amenities are also provided. The service is very friendly and helpful. The distance is very close to Alun-alun Kidul, just walk. Delicious breakfast, there are 2 choices of local or foreign menus.

It's really a comfortable place to stay. The location is inside the palace/keraton area. It takes only 5 minutes of walking to see Alun-Alun Selatan. The breakfast was fine. I had a long stay here and definitely will go to this place again in the future.

Lokasi sangat strategis, sangat dekat dengan alun-alun karena masih berada di wilayah kraton. Suasananya sangat tenang, sangat cocok untuk beristirahat. Harga affordable. Kamar cukup luas dan bersih, sayangnya di kamar 6 pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup sempurna karena sepertinya kayunya melengkung (seperti tampak di foto, bagian yang terlihat tanpa celah itu yang bikin pintu tidak bisa tertutup). Tidak cocok untuk yang membawa anak kecil.

Tempatnya Mewah nyaman, bersih, petugas ramah, letak deket banget dengan alun-alun selatan, bed besar. Tapi memang bagi saya terlalu mahal untuk menginap dengan menu sarapan pagi cuma nasi pecel. Kamar benar benar hanya untuk 2 orang. Jangan coba coba satu kamar untuk lebih dari 2 orang. Karena lebih dari 2 orang kena tambahan biaya 150ribu per orangnya.

Very quiet and peaceful historic house. Large room and spacious verandah and common areas with antiques and comfortable furniture. Very helpful, efficient staff. Close to Alun Alun night food market and cafes

The house is beautiful. The room is big and the bed is super clean! One small feedback is that the bathroom could be cleaner considering the standards of the rest of the property. Breakfast was delicious!

Charged for kids when we're check in, even extra bed not provided, this is not informed earlier for how much, understand we'll be charged for additional breakfast if we decided to take, but this is not common and unacceptable.

Homestay with high artistic value. The architecture is magnificent, the open space is wide - excellent for air circulation, luxurious furniture and wall displays. The floors are well maintained very clean and shiny. The facilities in the room are quite complete and the quality is not inferior to star hotels. Naturally, the rental price is quite expensive for the homestay class. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, it is not recommended and not good, I brought children aged 7 and 6 years and were told to add a fee of 250 thousand per person, so the total was an additional 500 thousand, which is clear in the conditions when booking there are no. I asked for a refund, it was also not given even though it was clear that the additional provisions were not listed and we really didn't know. Even though I often stay at five-star hotels, this provision doesn't exist unless I ask for an extra bed, and in my opinion, be careful staying here and bringing children, it's better to bring more funds, because you won't be able to check in hehe, even more so the inn doesn't want to meet us to discuss it properly, so we think the inn doesn't respect guests and is arrogant.

We have our own provisions regarding additional fees for excess occupancy which may differ from the star hotel you are referring to. Maximum occupancy is 2 people for 1 room (already listed on the booking page), so if there are additional personnel, the customer can submit additional information via "Special Request" or Special Order. The additional fee depends on the holiday period. 2. Your reservation is "Non Refundable" which means "Not refundable" 3. Children are required to pay an add charge of 200k/child again, while the extrabed (250k) is limited, it's troublesome if you bring 2 children or more especially when it's hard to find a hotel, the mattress is narrow and you have to pay again, it's not listed in the application, maybe it can be input into the hotel.

The maximum occupancy for each room is 2 people (it is automatically displayed on the booking screen) which means the price shown is the price for a maximum of 2 people, so if there is excess personnel, the customer can notify via the "Special Request" provided and then it will followed up by the inn management. We have our own provisions regarding additional personnel fees that are adjusted for age and vacation period. 2. Extra Bed is limited because it is adjusted to the number of rooms available and the number currently being used by guests who check in first. 3. The size of the mattress for the Double Bed that we have (as ordered in your reservation) is 200 cm x 200 cm (King Size) Thus our explanation, thank you for your understanding.
