The room is very comfortable and clean, feel very satisfied staying here

The AC wasn't cold at all. I contacted the staff at night to have it fixed, but it didn't work until morning. Even sleeping felt like I was in a sauna, it was so hot, which is something the owner should evaluate. Oh yeah, I was just trying to sleep when I was suddenly disturbed by the banging on my room by a police officer on a raid. 😵‍💫

The atmosphere is calm, beautiful, and comfortable for relaxing. It's highly recommended. If you're in Pontianak, I recommend staying here.

The receptionist was very unprofessional, deducting the deposit without notification, saying to call the room several times to remind you to check out even though there was no one on the phone at all, the receptionist service was also very impolite and unethical.
