Staff was very helpful to find a taxi to the boat. We booked a room on a wrong date at first by mistake. Short after that we booked the right date. For the first booking we asked refund, but the hotel did never respond on that question. In the room no bin, blood on the wall and the door to the balkony could not be locked.

Strategic Location: This hotel is quite strategic and easy to find. Cleanliness: The room is very clean and well maintained every day. The facilities in the room are also complete. Service: The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond when I ask for something. Breakfast: The breakfast menu is quite varied and tastes good. Food is always refilled and the breakfast area is clean

No water, AC not working, Doors are hard to lock, lots of mosquitoes.

The location is close to the city center to find food, quite suitable for the price, even though the rooms are not cleaned every day, overall ok.

The experience of staying at Kings Garden for 3 nights 4 days, was very very pleasant and comfortable. Clean, friendly staff. Most impressed by the seafood fried rice breakfast menu, there is no match. I will make sure every scheduled work visit to Bima is always at Kings Garden. Best.
