The bathroom was not clean. The soap and shampoo were not worth the price; they were just 2 baht sachets, and there were only 2 sachets provided. There wasn't even a single glass. What am I supposed to use to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth? The bath mat was so dirty I didn't dare step on it. I asked the staff for a replacement (the staff member was polite, which was probably the only positive thing). The bed was very hard. The room looked very old. The sheets and towels were clean enough, but the built-in furniture in the room was peeling, making it look even older. There was also a sign saying the walk-in price was only 550 baht (normally I've paid more for walk-ins). The price doesn't match the condition. This needs improvement!!!!
