The staff is very friendly, it is highly recommended for accommodation choices from outside the city and is very, very close to the mall, so it is convenient to go everywhere, only that it would be even better if there was a free airport shuttle, considering the price is competitive with others, but overall it is good and recommended.

Please complain to the hotel app regarding my disappointed survey, as I feel I wasn't receiving what I was entitled to. The app is selling a room type that is no longer available at your hotel. The app evasively claims that room availability is the hotel's sole discretion. So, I booked two rooms and paid for one, but the app refunded me, claiming the room I booked and paid for was no longer available and only one voucher was issued.
