Clean rooms, no drinks, blankets not clean. The receptionist didn't know that I had ordered, the room was not neat.

1. TV picture is not clear / blurry. 2. There is no dush bin in the room. 3. There is no bathmat in the room. 4. There is no dental kit in the bathroom. 5. Bathtowe. 6. Cannot be late check-out. 7. Poor bed quality.
