A pleasant experience while staying here.. the view is really beautiful.. the service is satisfying.. the room size is standard.. the restaurant service is number 1.. we were made Belitung noodles on the spot.. the taste is also delicious.. the only minus is 1 cm.. the room floor feels a bit sticky and looks oily.. that's all.. other than that, it's really satisfying..

Friendly staff. Every Thursday, they offer a local breakfast menu, and we asked what they wanted us to cook. I thought there would be an additional charge, but it turned out there was no charge at all. The location is quite strategic. The room is standard size but with a really beautiful sea view, especially at sunset.

I was very impressed staying here because from the moment we arrived, we felt the friendliness of the FO staff, especially Freddy. When we went out in the afternoon to the beach, I asked the staff, and not only was they shown us the way, but they also escorted us. Likewise, at breakfast, if you'd like to know where your room number is, at other places, they didn't ask, but instead explained the menu and offered to help you order. The chef, Mr. Kamal, if I'm not mistaken, also met with his guests and asked about their food. There was also another staff member who greeted guests to ask about their impressions of their stay, Mrs. Reisa. The hospitality here is amazing.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. The room is spacious, the breakfast is tasty, and the backyard is the sea.

All was excellent at this hotel. From the staff to the rooms and service. This is how hospitality in the hotel industry should be. After some bad and medium hotel experience in Aston Rasuna, and airport Jakarta and even “money grabbing Bali”. This hotel was a breeze. The breakfast was taken good care of and with a large balcony and window towards the sea. I made the right choice. Special greetings to Reza and Fina who were caring to all guests during meals and always stand by to make all guests feel comfortable and happy. I am not sure why, but on this island it seems that everyone is genuine friendly with real smiles. Perhaps that is the original hospitality of this island. I had a great time and if I could give 10 stars I would not hesitate to give them. I will surely come back and it will be my number 1 choice. My compliments to the management. Job well done!

I stayed one day & night in a street view room on the 5th floor and the last day in a room with a pool view on the 1st floor. I liked the nice view, and I am grateful for the kindness of the staff. The breakfast restaurant doesn't have fancy raw fish or steaks, but it has a view of the pool and the ocean in the distance, so I was able to enjoy a clean meal with a nice view. I was satisfied.

I just checked in this afternoon at 19.00, faced with the clerk at the reception, a woman, wearing a bun kebaya, when we were registering, suddenly there was a foreign guest, interrupted, asked for a new room key because the key was lost, the clerk actually did we leave, with the words, sorry ma'am, I'll make you the key to this guest's room first (while asking for the room number, then typed in the room number in front of me), is that ethical? I've paid, you know, that's how the officers treat local guests, FYI: I also stayed at this hotel for the last 3 weeks.

Only the room is not soundproof enough, it is quite disturbed by the sound of the TV from other rooms.
