this hotel a bit far from shop, meaning you have to go out if you want to find something to eat/ order grabfood. they actually have a restaurant inside the hotel but only open for breakfast. overrall nice experience

Nice place and nice people at this resort.

The hotel was old and there is no one in the reception while check in.

This hotel is great like hotel 5.

The staffs are friendly but the hotel is old and dirty. Our toilet seat was smeared with yellow stain and the bed sheet made our skin itchy. There's also a lot of ants in the room.

For the receptionist contact, I have to press 0111252800 (11 digits) from the room. The first time I experienced this was during my stay at the hotel!

Worst 4 star resort, I ever have seen. 1 or 2 stars will be more correct. We are so glad, that we could make another reservation, say that we still had a wonderful vacation on langkawi.

Overall okay except for the bedsheets

1. Unclean room. 2. TV not working . 3. Door lock not function. 4. Dirty and torn towels. 5. No good aircond. 6. Broken card holder. Etc .
