Pros: cheap price (300 thousand during Eid), very spacious parking, access from 0 km road, close to restaurants/food stalls. Clean rooms, wifi available, cold AC, friendly owner, can I ask for hot water for Popmie. Weaknesses: decent location from the beach (300 m), the bathroom door is broken, the toilet is still a dipper flush model, and there is no soap dish.

Really really enjoy my stay here! The room is big, the location is very strategic, and the owner is very friendly and caring. Highly recommended!

The mainstay place to stay if you go to Bira Beach, it is clean and comfortable. The owner is also friendly.

The first time we arrived, we were immediately greeted very friendly by the guest house owner and it also turned out that the room we were in had been prepared with very cold air conditioning. The rooms are very spacious. Here you can't get towels + shampoo, brush, toothpaste. In the bathroom there are hangers for clothes. There you can cook Indomie (if you want to make one). The owner is very friendly even to the point of coming home. If I go to Tanjung Bira again, I will come back here again. The only drawback is the room lights because they are dim, so the room is a bit gloomy.

Close to the mosque, even borrowed a motorbike from the manager when going to the mosque. Good service. Suggestion: please fix the room door so it can be closed without being locked.

Location not far from Bira beach, good cleanliness, 30k extra bed, 1 room for 2 people only, excess people are charged 50k/person. The door lock sometimes crashes and the ac is still not cold but overall okay. Get the price of 310k before the Eid holiday. Nice place! Recommended :).

Strategic location with Bira and Bara beaches. The rooms are big and the AC is cold. Unfortunately WiFi has not been installed because of Covid, so I want to install it again later. The owner is good and the service is great 👍.

Booked 3 rooms but arrived at the destination it turned out that 1 ac room was broken & unusable.

Pretty impressive, friendly guards. my room lacks cold air-conditioning, in response quickly moved rooms. quite far from the beach, but while looking at souvenirs so it doesn't feel far. there is enough space. To grill fish and relax in front of the inn. The room is clean, the bathroom is quite cramped and nothing is exhausted so feels a bit stuffy. Recommended for those who travel a lot, the price is very cheap.

Book 2 air-conditioned rooms, room (number 7) is pretty good AC. room (number 6) AC is broken, Eve AC heat continues to be replaced with room number 5 still not cold. Service response is very slow and bad, even though the trip there is approximately 5 hours from the city of Makassar. The remote AC was altered as if he could not believe that the room was indeed hot. (Even though it has been left for an hour when the AC is on), it's bad boss, how come you can just enter the inn like this.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with friendly prices. The inn manager was friendly and very helpful when we needed a motorbike rental. If there is a chance to be in Bira again I will stay here again.
