Staff hotel sangat baik dan helpful. Kebetulan saya waktu itu ketinggalan hape di mobil driver gocar yang mengantar. Beruntung ada staf resepsionis yang mau meminjamkan hapenya untuk saya menghbungi WA anggota keluarga. Untuk fasilitas kamar sudah standard sesuai harganya.

Pertama kali ke pangkalanbun dan langsung stay di sini, dan gak nyesel! Pertama kali datang langsung disambut sama resepsionisnya yang ramah dan mulai ditanyakan saya mau kamar yang bagaimana dengan preference saya. Saya dikasih kamar di lantai atas sesuai yang saya mau, kamarnya bersih sekalii dan wangi. Untuk amenities kamar dengan harga kamar semurah ini saya rasa sangat cukup yaa, kamarnya juga luas jadi ga berasa sumpek dan acnya sangat dingin. Hotel ini letaknya stretegis banget, mau cari apa-apa aksesnya mudah. Letaknya tengah kota. Saya mau urusan kesana kemari pun dekat, ditambah didepannya persis ada indomaret jadi mudah kalau mau cari apa-apa. Tinggal jalan sedikit banyak rumah makan. Staff-Staffnya juga helpful sekali, saya mau cari makan mereka rekomendasikan beberapa tempat, saya mau cari taksi bandara juga langsung dipanggilkan, best lah staffnya well-trained hehe jadi selama menginap pun nyaman ga ada kesulitan sama sekali 👍🏻. Breakfast disajikan makanan yang lumayan enak, walaupun saya jarang sarapan tapi kali ini habis karena makanannya comfort food banget berasa seperti di rumah 🤤. Pokoknya gak nyesel lah nginap di sini, excellent service!
