A very good location hotel in town center which is infront of Komtar and walking distance to few nice hawker center . The staffs very friendly, polite and helpful. What disappointed was the stay in the room. We booked the suite which is higher floor , the room was ok and comfortable but we keep experienced the loud sound like an airplane sound . The sound appeared every 5 min , apparently we found out from the hotel staff , our unit was next to an automatic carpark. Whenever that is a movement of cars up and down, we will hear the Sound. We can’t sleep well for the first night , but for the second night due to less movement of cars, we asked for change of rooms but due to the hotel fully booked so we can’t change but they offered us to change for the next day, otherwise the hotel is a very nice hote, will choose to book hotel room instead of suite in future

A pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was strategically located, close to culinary spots. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We received a very refreshing nutmeg syrup souvenir.

After 2/4 days of our stays, we opted for “clean up the room” indicator for our room. Towels were changed, some basic amenities were refilled but the floor was not cleaned/vacuumed. However, overall cleanliness was okay.

It was my first time here and I had a fantastic experience in the hotel. Everything was excellent, from staff friendliness to room cleanliness! Everything is beyond expectation! Will definitely come back again! Good job! 👍

I came back to stay here again for the second time. It is convenient to travel and near the shopping mall. The reception staff is very good. The room is spacious, clean, and private. I am impressed every time I stay here. I will come back again.

The 13th floor is very noisy as the 14th floor are the gyms and pools. Don't choose a room near emergency exits, as employees use it often. I can hear the banging doors throughout the day. But other than that, it's a pleasant stay.

The location is close to everywhere, especially the weekend Hins market. If you want to travel to other places, it's very easy to get a Grab. Check-in process was smooth too. The room is spacious for a suite. My only concern was the ants that come through the windows/wall cracks in the bathroom. Other than that, everything is great.

My honeymoon here is awesome. Located in the center of the city. The pool view is amazing <3, the room is so nice, and the staff also helpful to help us with early check-in and recommend us good activities around. Thank you
