When I arrived, I was confused about where the hotel was because it was in a residential area, and it didn't feel like a hotel, more like a homestay. The service and food were great, with the soto Bandung, beef fried rice, and shrimp fritters being top-notch. The price wasn't fair, parking was limited, breakfast was rationed to two dishes per room, and there was no refrigerator even though the app stated it was, and there were traces of one. I thought my car had been washed or wiped down like the one next to mine. The balcony was dirty and there was no divider between the rooms. The room was also a bit dirty.

The place is definitely comfortable, close to everywhere, we even always walk to hunt for food, to viral shops. Easy access, affordable prices (don't go up 🥰✌🏼, you can go down, don't go up) the food at the restaurant is also delicious (I ordered fried rice with fried egg, ordered fresh shrimp bala-bala) the room is comfortable and makes me feel comfortable and there is a terrace that I stayed on, so I could chat while drinking delicious coffee. Masya Allah, it was a fun vacation experience with my girls at this hotel, next time I will come here again with my husband 🩷🩵. Oh yeah, the Wi-Fi is fast, thank God my son was on time for his college exam schedule that day using the hotel's facilities, it went smoothly. I unexpectedly came across this accommodation, and my first impression was love at first sight. 1. Location Very close to the city center, surrounded by many viral food spots, yet the area is pleasantly far from the noise. 2. Ambience Homey! Like coming back home. It doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel because I felt so comfortable. Perhaps upgrading the bathroom area would add an extra plus. The room is equipped with a smart TV. 3. Cleanliness Outstanding. No further comments. 4. Service The staff are very friendly and helpful. Drawback Limited parking space. It’s better to come here using ride-hailing transportation. Unfortunately, I didn’t book a room with breakfast, maybe next time!

Easy check in. Room is clean and reasonably good size. Location is good. Walking distance to Cihapit market and other good restaurant. No elevator but it's only 2 stories.

Comfortable. Aesthetic. Cool. Peaceful. Calm. Great hotel, very comfortable staying at Saninten. The staff is very friendly, like family, really love the service. Want to come back next time to Bandung, a must stay at Saninten 😆. The location is close to culinary centers that are currently viral and not, just walk to get there. Close to shopping centers too. Really like it 🌹

Choose a queen bed. This room is special because of the parquet floor. The mattress is comfortable. It's clean. It's quite spacious.

I've stayed here several times and the service is always great. I chose this place for a quiet getaway because it's located in a quiet complex. Unfortunately, I no longer get the free breakfast and in-room snacks, which was a big plus for me. Please bring back the free breakfast and in-room snacks 🙏🏻

Hotel in the center of Bandung, but the atmosphere is calm, because it is in a residential area. The minimalist room is very clean, neat, and fragrant. The location is close to the Cihapit culinary area. The service is friendly. Recommended for those looking for peace and comfort in the middle of Bandung.

Hidden gem at the center of Bandung. The room is clean and has a very nice smell. The food and coffee are amazing (you should really try the food from the hotel, it will blow your mind). The staff are very helpful and nice. Really good place to stay, especially if you want to hunt for food near there (there are a lot of food heaven near the place).

The price is too expensive for the room facilities which I think are very ordinary. Next time I will choose another cheaper place with the same facilities.

It's a hidden gem! The place is amazing. It's nestled in a housing area in downtown of Bandung. It's homey, clean, and quiet. The room is spacious, spotless, and smells very good. Definitely will be back here.

Hidden gem in the center of Riau Street! This place is located in a residence area, so it was quiet and peaceful, the room is big enough, very clean and also instagrammable. It's also near to many food stalls and it also has a small and cute coffee shop! The staffs were very friendly and helpful too. A little note, if you're want to stay there with elderly, you should ask to get room in 1st floor as they don't have lift/elevator. I will definitely stay there again next when I travel to Bandung!

The staff are friendly & deft in service, we are offered cutlery when we order food from outside, requests via the application are responded to quickly, the atmosphere is homey, the area is at the end of a residential alley, so it's quiet and comfortable for resting/working. The room is open so the air is always fresh. In the room: hot water heater, cold AC, fast WiFi because it's quiet, there are prayer equipment & bathrobes, prayer room & reading books available at the inn, ok mattress, thick blanket, fragrant cupboard, standard cable TV channels. Food and drinks so far are delicious 8/10 (haven't tried all the menus yet). Disadvantages: no refrigerator, no work desk, the landline telephone is dead so you can't contact the front office (it has been replaced with a WA number to contact), the lights in the cupboard are off, there is no lift so you have to go up and down the stairs (especially when the telephone is off) , a little far from minimarkets & places to eat. Suggestions: good accommodation, just keep each item clean & functional so that it lasts a long time, please increase the variety of the menu (you can get around this by buying ingredients at the nearest shop, because Bandung's food is delicious), please lower the prices & increase the equipment in the room to attract more customers. Overall 8/10. Recommended for those who want to rest away from the crowds but still in the city.
