I arrived at the hotel around 4:30 PM, an hour and a half after the official check-in time of 3 PM. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked for the unit number from the owner or agent, which I did not have. The owner had not provided any details for check-in, nor had they contacted me in advance. Attempts to reach the owner by phone went unanswered. Eventually, I had to contact Traveloka, who provided an alternate contact number for the owner. Only after messaging this number on WhatsApp did I receive the necessary unit details. I spent an hour outside the hotel waiting for these details. The owner 's lack of communication was highly unprofessional. Additionally, the unit itself was not as advertised, appearing much older than the images on the website suggested. Do not be misled by the photos.
