Initially, we chose because of consideration of affordable room rates. The problem arose on the first day, namely the drain in the bathroom was clogged. After communicating with the manager, we were directed to report it ourselves to the building technician. The technicians immediately came and sucked up the drain, but it turned out to be clogged with garbage. During the repair process, garbage was taken out, thus contaminating the walls and floor of the bathroom. The condition of the bathroom is dirty, not suitable for use. We tried to contact the manager via WA message or call to ask the cleaning staff to send it because we couldn't use the bathroom, but there was no response. Only 2 hours later, the manager called back in an angry tone, because he was annoyed by our complaints and could not provide a cleaning solution that day, even offering to leave the room and return only part of the rent in more than a month. We still ask the manager to carry out cleaning obligations, even if it's just done the next morning, so that the first day's experience becomes a bad impression. Room facilities are not very complete, there is no refrigerator, cooking utensils or coffee maker.
