First of all, the have a gate which usually use for 11pm-7am and it operates by access card as the safety purpose ok its good! The worst thing happened when I was scanning and was not opening the gate at night 11:15 and there was no one at reception desh whom I can ask for help. However, I managed the number and call receptionist and explain the matter she said she might forget to unlock and she reach after 15min to hotel and with bad face open the gate without saying sorry or apologise. where I was getting mosquitoes bites to waiting for her . (Note: I cant upload video in here so I updated screenshots as prove) During check out day, they turned off access to my internet from 8am where as I suppose to check out at 11:30am. They should know as long I am staying in the property I have rights to use every facility in premises. However, I was unable to use and it was showing access is off.
