The hotel is not crowded. The rooms are well-proportioned and clean. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is a hotel pick-up and drop-off service. It is very convenient even though it is in an alley. Overall, I am very impressed and like it. I will definitely go back to stay again.

The friendliness of the staff, the shuttle facility, and the hotel room are really the highlight. The hotel room is spacious, clean, I get a big fridge, and large bottle water (2 each day). The bathroom is great (water pressure, hot shower, large sink, very clean, etc). Though the location is not on the main road, but they have shuttle that can take us to public transport stations (from 7am-midnight). Recommended!

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable, the hotel staff is very friendly and pleasant. The room is provided with an ironing board and iron. The hotel room is also quite spacious. The hotel has a lounge on the 2nd floor, equipped with a drink maker, snacks and free flow cup noodles. The hotel also has a free shuttle to nearby locations.

I stay here every time I come to Bangkok. It's very convenient. There's a shuttle bus from Union until midnight. It's easy to travel. The room is spacious and clean. The room is beautiful. The air conditioning is cool. There's a sofa. I really like it. It's probably my regular place when I come to Bangkok. The price is the best value in this area. I love it so much.

Reception staff was very helpful for everything, great shuttle services to nearest supermarket and BTS station, also the pick service on shuttle pick up point was excellent. Free flow snack, drink and cozy lounge on 2th floor makes me happy with various snack for sweet tooth, thank you apartelle! Will come back again for sure:).

เวลามีคอนเสิร์ตที่ยูเนี่ยน ชอบไปพักนี้มาก มีรถรับส่งจากเช้าจนดึก การเดินทางสะดวกดี ถึงแม้โรงแรมจะอยู่ในซอย ในห้องมีของครบ ชอบที่มีเตารีดให้ด้วย จองมาผิดประเภทห้อง ทางโรงแรมก้อเปลี่ยนให้ ดีมากๆค่ะ

Would 100 % recommend the hotel, we stay there for 2 days and it was worth it. They even have a shuttle and offered to take you to nearby locations. The staff were helpful and friendly. If I go back to Bangkok I will book this hotel again.

Comfortable, clean, very friendly. Convenient location. There 's a dining area on the second floor with free noodles, snacks and coffee. Free shuttle drop offs to the mall, supermarket, night market or public transport. 10/10 recommended!

Best hotel: clean, friendly staffs, location near market and night market close to walking distance, very good sleep. The hotel have the free shuttle service to-from 2 MRT-BTS points nearby. Don't allow durians, it' not problem w me. I'll come back next events. Thank you.

Everything was perfect! I was a little suspicious when I was going there by Grabcar because the driver didn't know there was hotel around there, he was like, "maybe the Google Maps is wrong. From whom have you heard about this hotel? "But it turned out the location was exactly on point as shown in Google Maps. The hospitality they showed and provided was superb, even better than 5-stars hotel. They were literally ready 24/7. The room is super spacious for two, with very comfy bed. And the best thing, they had shuttle service to drop us off to nearby points, like Union Mall, Lotus, and closest MRT. To add it even more, they provided the pick up service from those points! Super super awesome, Apartelle Jatujak Team! Really thank you for the best service you provided while I stayed there!

Nice cozy well kept room. Very helpful staff. Free coffee and snacks whole day.
