Many of the equipment is broken. The AC is not working properly. The refrigerator is not cold. The bathroom is dirty and some are broken.

The location is not far from the main road (east ring road), the place is quite clean, and the prices are very affordable.

AC nyala tapi ga keluar angin. Teknisi ga bisa datang, ga bisa benerin, kasian housekeeper nya bolak-bolak balik coba benerin tapi ga ngerti. At the end, aku harus telepon temen buat benerin sendiri dan bisa (bdw benerinnya sama-sama by VC) Kecewa sih. Mungkin kalo tamunya bukan aku, bakal tidur panas-panassan. Tapi buat aku, kerja di hospitality itu selesaikan masalah. Jangan tamu digantung diinfoin ga bisa atau ga dikasih kompensasi. Kemarin sempet gabisa benerin AC, cuma info kalo kendala teknis, pindah kamar gabisa, aku ga dikasih apa-apa wkwk. Untung aja bener itu AC.

It's been three days no follow up. From the first day of the promise, towels were delivered to the room, but until the next day they were not delivered, until I took the initiative to ask for it. The first impression of entering the room was bad, because the bed cover was torn. But it's okay. Because the room price is very affordable. I have a long stay, already ordered for one week. So just enjoy it, there are still 4 days left.

Suka banget dengan tempat ini. Pokoknya kalau ke Jogja lagi pasti menginap di sini. Gambar sesuai kenyataannya, tempatnya bersih banget, kamar mandi bersih wangi. Yang gak nyangka ada balkonnya dong dan kulkas gede berfungsi sangat baik. Kasurnya nyaman, empuk. Aku suka penataan lampunya. Letak penginapan di kompleks perumahan yang tenang, udaranya enak, kadang memilih tidak menyalakan AC, udarany gak bikin gerah, angin sepoi-sepo sudah deh nyenyak tidurnya. Pelayanan stafnya juga cukup cepat. Mantap dah.

And I was transferred to room number 4 and the air conditioner was quite cold. For the size of the boarding house the wifi is not tight and often breaks.

It's fun. The room is the same as in the photo. All D'Paragon rooms are minimalist yet comfortable. Lack of towels is only provided one, toilet water is a bit smelly and mineral water is not provided. Check in check out fast. Small parking lot, only enough for 4 cars.
