If you book a capsule room during the day, the AC isn't turned on, making it hot and stuffy. At least keep the AC on when someone is there. And about the lockers, please make them bigger. You can't fit your suitcase in there. And they don't provide towels for bathing either.

This is the worst place to stay. I chose this place, but when I went to check in, my room was occupied by someone else.
