The hotel staff is very friendly and quick to respond and provide solutions. Coincidentally, there were bed bugs in the room. I informed the receptionist and they immediately sent a team to spray the room. Please maintain this and improve if necessary. Thank you.

We stayed here during a long holiday. Check-in took a while due to the crowds, and availability was limited, even though it was around 1:00 PM. Of the four rooms we booked, only three were available. Yes, they set the CICO at 3:00 PM. The pool and surrounding area are small, so swimming wasn't comfortable during our last holiday. For a price like Alana's, the food quality and variety need to be improved. The environment is nice, but you have to walk about 2 km to see the rows of pine trees. The view we got wasn't the view we were hoping for.

I have stayed here for a family staycation. The hotel is so friendly for families with kids due to so many attractions. The hotel has spacious rooms, plenty of parking space, and easy access to public and culinary places. Surprisingly, the hotel has direct access to Ah Poong by using a skybridge. Best family hotel in Sentul I've ever stayed at. And sure will be back in the next session.
